Slide-Lok Modular Storage Systems, Inc. ("Slide-Lok") makes information and products available on this web site, subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. Slide-Lok reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and the products, services, prices, and programs mentioned in this site at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice. Slide-Lok reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for any violation of these terms and conditions. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices and merchandise are subject to change without notice. All prices are plus shipping, handling and sales tax unless otherwise indicated.

RETURN POLICY
The original purchaser has a period of 10 days from receipt of the goods to return any purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling, provided the merchandise is in new, resaleable condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. Customer is responsible for return freight. All returns require a "RGA" - Returned Goods Authorization, which can be obtained by calling 1-800-835-1759. All parts and accessories must be included as well as the original box(s) in which the items were shipped. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%). Used items may not be returned. Acceptance of returned merchandise is final only after inspection by Slide-Lok. Refunds will be issued by check or credited to the credit card used for the purchase within five (5) business days after return, if the return is approved.

WARRANTY
Slide-Lok warrants that is products shall be free, under normal use and service, from defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse or neglect of the product, or damage by a common carrier.

A claim under this Limited Warranty may be made by calling 800-835-1759. You must retain your original sales order and receipt to make a valid claim.

Slide-Lok shall have a reasonable length of time, after notice and recognition of a claim of defect hereunder, to remedy such defect by repair or replacement in accordance with this Limited Warranty.

DISCLAIMER: Slide-Lok’s LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE COST OF MATERIAL FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS AND SHALL NOT EXTEND TO OR INCLUDE ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OF CHARACTER.

Most items will be shipped by common carrier (truck).

• If the item is being shipped to a residential location, a residential delivery charge may apply. This includes an order being shipped to a "business" that is being operated from a residence. We make every effort to include residential delivery charges in our freight charges quoted at the time of sale. If a residential delivery charge is imposed after the sale, we reserve the right to charge the customer for such additional fees.
  
• Most truck shipments will be via truck with lift gates. If a shipment is made via a truck without a lift gate, the customer may be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and transporting the item(s) into their house/business. Truck driver may not assist in off-loading items if delivery is made via a truck without a lift gate.
  
• In the event a customer refuses shipment after shipping from the factory, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location and a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) may be imposed.
  
• In the event a customer requests to pick up a shipment at a local freight company terminal and the customer does not pick up the shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from the freight terminal and a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) may be imposed.
  
• Any merchandise return which does not adhere to this policy, will be returned freight collect to the customer.
  

We endeavor to ship products to our customers from the nearest Slide-Lok or Slide-Lok authorized master dealer warehouse to minimize freight charges and shipping time. You may receive more than one package for large orders. There will not be any additional shipping charges because of multiple deliveries.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
You must notify Slide-Lok within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of any products in the event you claim any products are damaged in shipment. Slide-Lok will contact the freight shipper and handle freight claims on your behalf. To notify Slide-Lok of a freight claim, call 800-835-1759.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will only use your private information to enable Slide-Lok, including Slide-Lok authorized dealers and third parties working for Slide-Lok, to fulfill your order, process payment, analyze how to better serve our customers and communicate additional information and offers to you regarding Slide-Lok products.

If Slide-Lok makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted in this document so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and to whom we will disclose it. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we tell you otherwise.

COOKIES & WEB BEACONS
Slide-Lok’s website may use "cookies" and web beacons to track your progress through our site and identify you with the products you may order. If you have your browser set to refuse "cookies" you may not be able to order online at our site.

OP-OUT & UN-SUBSCRIBE
You may unsubscribe to email advertisements by filling out our "contact us” form and entering "remove" into the message field or by faxing a request to be removed from our mailing list to (800) 835-1759, or by writing to us at: Slide-Lok, 11803 N Saguaro Blvd
Fountain Hills, Arizona 85268. A request to unsubscribe must be emailed, faxed, or mailed for each email address being removed.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Certain services offered on or through our website may require you to first open a “My Account”. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your My Account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Slide-Lok.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Slide-Lok.com or any other user of the Site due to someone else using your password or customer account. You may not use anyone else's password or customer account at any time. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site. Should you attempt to do so, assist others in making such attempts, or distributing instructions, software or tools for that purpose, then your customer My Account will be terminated. You agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your billing information as prompted by the registration process. You may update any of your My Account information, designate a different credit card to be billed, or change the applicable expiration date on your currently designated credit card, by clicking on the My Account button and selecting the appropriate link. You may not use any automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, probe, test or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or any of the systems or networks comprising or connected to the Site.

You also agree that Slide-Lok.com may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, terminate your access to the Site and your My Account for any reason, including without limitation: (1) attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or assistance to others' attempting to do so, (2) overcoming software security features limiting use of or protecting any Content, (3) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, (4) violations of this Terms of Use, (5) failure to pay for purchases, (6) suspected or actual copyright infringement, (7) unexpected operational difficulties, or (8) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies. While Slide-Lok.com takes reasonable steps to safeguard and to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS
By establishing a My Account with us, and each time you make a purchase through our Site, you grant permission for Slide-Lok.com to contact you at your e-mail address.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Slide-Lok.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. Slide-Lok.com reserves the right to require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Slide-Lok.com sells to end-user consumers and reserves the right to refuse to sell via the website to customers who intend to resell Slide-Lok products.

MISPRICED PRODUCTS
Slide-Lok.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Slide-Lok.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Slide-Lok.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES OR BILLING TERMS
Slide-Lok.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS PRICES AND BILLING METHODS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE SITE OR BY E-MAIL DELIVERY TO YOU.

PRICE COMPARISIONS
"List Price" and "You Save". Price comparisons may be made throughout the site to indicate the relative savings amounts of our pricing. "LIST PRICE" is the suggested retail price.
